WHAT HAPPENS IN A SERVICE AND CALIBRATION AT GASTECH?

 

We offer a complete calibration and repair service with full
technical support for your units.
Upon receiving your unit with contact details we will:
 

- Send you a link to let you track your job live via G-track

- Strip down the unit for full inspection of all components

- Assess the unit and provide a quotation to conduct the required works

- Once approved we will complete the repairs, clean the unit and calibrate with NATA
or NIST certified traceable gases.

- Provide a printed calibration certificate with service details and serial numbers of 
instruments, sensors and calibrations gases used.

- Send additional confirmation via G-Track of job completion that includes courier 
details and consignment number.

- Register the unit for automatic calibration reminders with G-Manager.

- Support all service work with a 90 day labour warranty.
